The Firm

Design Plan Services Inc. Is a town planning firm specializing in community and neighbourhood design, subdivision planning and related services for private land development clients.  The firm generally operates in the suburban municipalities within the Greater Toronto Region, and is also currently involved with projects
within the City of Toronto and other areas of southern Ontario.

Design Plan Services Inc. Has been a member of the BILD (formerly Urban Development Institute) since 1983.

Constantly updating our computer and printing systems in-house, we are able to provide time sensitive service to clients that do not rely on the schedules of outside suppliers.  We pride ourselves on our ability to react quickly to our client’s needs with professional service and high quality printed material.  With fully capable computer network we can communicate with many other professionals in various computer programs and input/output formats, enabling us to maintain the flow of
our client’s projects and facilitate faster turnaround on various project needs.
