Ted E. Cieciura, MCIP RPP

Principal, Senior Planner

 

Ted formed Design Plan Services Inc. in 1982 after 8 years of partnership in the firm of John Bousfield Associates Ltd. And for 12 years prior to that, he was at The Procter & Redfern Group (now Easrth Tech Inc.). Ted is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP) specializing in the design of neighbourhoods and communities throughout southern Ontario.

 

Ted’s involvement has been predominately with private sector clients in both preparing plans for ultimate submission and inputting into community and secondary plan processes undertaken by others. Appropriate design techniques have been practiced in order to create pleasant neighbourhoods that are efficient from a landowner’s perspective while providing safe environments for families to live within.
