Walt Pasieka

Senior Designer

 

Walt has been involved in neighbourhood design for the past 24 years. For the   past 19 years, his expertise has been transmitted through the use of computers  and Autocad. He has prepared numerous plans for a diversity of clients who are developers or builder developers.  Through dealing with builder/developer clients,  he has expanded his design abilities through further understanding of zoning by-laws and architectural styles which have an influence on all aspects of design.   Prior to joining Design Plan Services in 1986, he was employed at the firm of    John Bousfield Associates where he began his design career.
