EASTBRIDGE, WATERLOO

This premier community by Genstar Development  Company in the

City of Waterloo provides a unique blend of housing types to form

a planned residential neighbourhood with approximately 600 dwelling

units.

Situated adjacent to the Grand River Valley system, the community incorporates high quality building design with pleasant streetscapes, landscaping and overall subdivision layout.

Later phases have incorporated New Urbanism characteristics with traffic calming features such as roundabouts, boulevard roads, and linked park systems throughout the community.

 

This project has been nominated for the 2003 National SAM Awards.
