WESTMINSTER WOODS, GUELPH

Upon completion, Westminster Woods in the City of Guelph will

contain approximately 2300 units in varying densities, places of

worship, elementary schools and open space over an area of

160 hectares.

 

This community includes New Urbanism principles and characteristics in its design with its use of roundabouts, boulevard roads and parkettes.

 

The project's stormwater management systems makes use of infiltration galleries which also form part of the greenway system that travels throughout the site.
