Cobble Beach is a four season recreational life/living

community located along the shoreline of Georgian Bay

and integrated with an exceptional Doug Carrick designed

golf course.

 

It is capable of being home to approximately 3,000 residents in various housing forms ranging from luxury single family detached houses through multiple attached clusters for both freehold and condominium form of ownership.
