A Cathedral will be the focal point of this development, as it has already established wide spread recognition in the greater Toronto area, and can easily be seen from the Kings Highway 404.

 

The area will include approximately 1,400 low-density units, 400 high-density housing units and roughly 200,000 square of retail space around the Cathedral, creating a dramatic town centre with a public plaza. An additional 46 acres of highway commercial land will round out the development, realizing the Roman family vision for these lands.

 

Phase I was Draft Approved in 2003 and is in the later stages of construction. As of 2006 Phase II and III are Draft Approved and proceeding towards registration.
