Harrowsmith is a master planned community of 116ha by

Brookfield Homes. The planning began in the early 80's for

Costain Ltd. (now Brookfield) and is a continuing development

offering a variety of house types.

 

It has the old Lake Iroquois shoreline running through the site with a branch of the Harmony Creek Valley enhancing the community. Future phases will embrace aspects of the new urbanism through the use of unique landscape features, views and a roundabout.
