Located on the shoreline of Lake Scugog, the owner of 123 Cedar Grove Drive wanted to demolish the existing dwelling and accessory structure to construct a new 2-storey single detached dwelling on the property with an attached garage and an accessory structure for storage use.
Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to represent the client at the Committee of adjustment for a minor variance application. We were successful in arguing that the variances (which included front yard setback & lot coverage) were minor and consistent with the intent of both the Official Plan and Zoning By-law.
