Our client owns a waste management facility in Mississauga, Ontario. This facility specializes in the recycling of car batteries. While doing so the facility is required to ensure that the process of storing and recycling these batteries is carried out in accordance with provincial regulations. Specifically, accessory structures were needed for the storage of these car batteries.
Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to assist with the site plan application, a sign variance, the building permit process as well as securing the minor variance approval for these accessory structures.
