The project is to provide additional residential units on an underutilized parking lot of an existing apartment building complex. The Zoning By-law amendment to permit the addition of 56 stacked townhouse dwelling units was approved by OLT in 2021. Design Plan Services Inc. is actively working on the Site Plan Control approval for this project.
Design Plan Services Inc. was retained by Starlight to provide expertise in Project Management, Zoning By-law Amendment, Site Plan Control, and OLT approvals for this project.
