Located along the shores of Georgian Bay, the owners of this property sought to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a new two-storey home. To facilitate the redevelopment, a Minor Variance application was required to address relief related to the distance from Georgian Bay shoreline, the side yard setback for a bunkie, and the minimum front yard setback for a detached garage.
Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to manage the Minor Variance application on behalf of the owners and successfully obtained all required approvals from the Committee of Adjustment.
