On Lady York Avenue in the City of Toronto, Design Plan Services Inc. represented the owner before the Committee of Adjustment to obtain consent to sever the property into two residential lots and approval for the construction of two new, single-detached dwellings.
Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to prepare a Planning Investigation Report assessing the feasibility of severing the property, followed by the preparation and management of the Consent to Sever and Minor Variance applications required to facilitate the proposed development.
