On The Queensway in Toronto, a former one-storey vacant industrial building has been approved for redevelopment into a four-storey townhouse development comprising six units on separate parcels. DPS was retained to prepare and manage six Minor Variance applications and one Consent application before the Committee of Adjustment to facilitate the proposed development. The project represents a more efficient use of underutilized land, replacing a vacant industrial building with a townhouse development that contributes to gentle intensification along The Queensway.
Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to represent the client at the Etobicoke York Committee of Adjustment and obtained approval for Consent to Sever and Minor Variance applications.
