On The Queensway in Toronto, a former one-storey vacant industrial building has been approved for redevelopment into a four-storey townhouse development comprising six units on separate parcels. DPS was retained to prepare and manage six Minor Variance applications and one Consent application before the Committee of Adjustment to facilitate the proposed development.
