BurlingtonMinor VarianceMixed-UseSite Plan Approval
At 664 Spring Gardens Road in the City of Burlington, our client, Zelaya Lofts Inc., proposed a mixed-use addition to an existing two-storey commercial building. The development seeks to introduce approximately 235 square metres of ground-floor office space and nine affordable, family-sized residential units above. These units are designed as spacious lofts, ranging from two to three bedrooms, to help provide a more diverse range of housing options within the community.
Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to manage the minor variance application process prior to a formal site plan submission. We successfully justified six variances, including relief for building height, amenity area, and parking requirements.
