Located in Barrie, the property at 821 Big Bay Point was a large property used for a single-detached dwelling that a client had purchased to construct a residential townhouse development. The proposed Site Plan Control application was prepared to sort out the technical and site layout details as well as to ultimately permit the proposal to move forward with permits/construction.  

Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to deal with the Site Plan Control application and to finalize the process. Acting as the authorized agent representing the property owners, the application was finalized and approved.
