Hyland Village, Shelburne

Located on the south side of Main Street West in the Town of Shelburne, adjacent to the downtown centre, this residential subdivision provides 273 dwelling units in the form of single detached, semi-detached, and street townhouse homes. The subdivision includes blocks for a neighbourhood park, walkways and trails, a landscape buffer, open space and channels, and a stormwater management facility. 

Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to secure Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision approvals for the project; these were granted in 2018 and 2019, respectively. The subdivision is now fully constructed and occupied, home to 273 families.
