Located on the north side of Riverside Drive in Timmins, Ontario, this project involved Design Plan Services Inc. assisting our client in achieving a lot line adjustment between two commercial properties, to allow for more efficient use of the properties and their parking layouts. Design Plan Services Inc. also assisted with the Site Plan Amendment process.
Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to create a concept plan for the lot line adjustment and parking layout, and to obtain a consent to sever in order to adjust the configuration of the existing shared lot line. The consent to sever application was approved.
