On Rouge River Circle in the City of Markham, our client proposed a new two-storey residential dwelling on a generously sized corner lot. The design maximizes the potential of the lot to accommodate a larger dwelling while being thoughtfully planned to respect and complement the existing character of the surrounding neighbourhood. We successfully supported the proposal before the City of Markham Committee of Adjustment, presenting a strong case for the redevelopment, successfully providing sound planning justification for the six required variances.
Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to represent the client at the City of Markham Committee of Adjustment. We secured several minor variances, including relief for building coverage, driveway width, and outside wall height.
