Secord Avenue, Oakville 

On Secord Avenue in the Town of Oakville, our client proposed a two-storey dwelling to replace an existing one-storey home to allow for more living space for the owners/occupants. Through several design iterations, the proposal evolved to a design that gained the support of planning staff and ultimately received approval for the requested variances at Committee. 

Design Plan Services Inc. was retained to lead the planning process and represent the client at the Town of Oakville Committee of Adjustment. We secured several minor variances, including relief for lot coverage and the residential floor area.
