This residential development features 345 residential dwelling units in the form of 14 stacked back-to-back townhouse blocks, located to the north of 401 and west of Heart Lake Road in the City of Brampton. The development consists of a condominium road and an underground parking garage.
Design Plan Services Inc. was retained by Vandyke Properties to provide expertise in Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Approval for this project. The Zoning By-law Amendment was approved by the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (Ontario Land Tribunal) in 2019, and Principal TJ Cieciura provided expert evidence in Land Use Planning in support of the application.
